About
The Continuing Education Network is a collaborative effort among social service providers in the Aurora area to meet the continuing education needs of human service professionals. The Network began as a partnership between MHMR, Inc. and Family Counseling Service of Aurora.
As a licensed CEU sponsor, Family Counseling Service is able to offer continuing education credits to Illinois social workers, professional counselors, and substance abuse professionals for most seminars.
The goals of the Network are to:
- Identify the unique training needs of local social service providers
- Design and facilitate training seminars to meet those needs
- Increase access to clinical expertise

Network staff will help you design a more marketable seminar experience and will manage all printing, mailing, marketing, and registration tasks. After you have designed your seminar, all you need to do is show up and present! Speakers receive a percentage of the revenue from each seminar.
