Mary Ihnenfeld, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years experience working in the mental health field.  Mary graduated from Aurora University with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1995 and completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University in 1996.  She has worked in a number of varied programs serving people with mental health treatment needs.  Mary completed DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) training in 1998 from the Linehan Training Group and is the past president of the Illinois DBT training team.  DBT is a cognitive and skill based treatment targeting various symptoms.  Her area of specialty is working with men and women who suffer from depression and have a history of self-mutilation.
