Eric Ward, MSEd, LCPC, Clinical Director, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and educator with more than 15 years experience working in the mental health field. Eric completed his undergraduate degree in psychology and his Master’s degree in Counseling from Northern Illinois University. He has served in and managed programs in community mental health centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, and psychiatric hospitals, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. Eric provides training to other professionals in the areas of crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment and treatment, and mental health law, and is a regular presenter at local and national conferences. His areas of expertise include group therapy, relationship counseling, substance abuse assessment and treatment, and crisis intervention.
